Mostly people have been taught to believe that the “Comfort” foods are not good for the body and should be avoided. Sometimes, if the comfort food is candy or any other junk food, it’s true. Otherwise, comfort food can be very nutritious and good for you (I’m even creating these delicious green smoothies with my Nutribullet machine). Some foods really raise your mood when you consume.
Eggs, may be surprised to discover, are a wonderful fight depression. Just make sure that you don’t throw away your egg yolks. Egg yolk is the most important part of an egg in terms of helping cheer up.Try to eat eggs and I feel much better!
Building a seed trail mix and/or nuts. Your mood can be raised by eating peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and so on. This is possible because these foods have a lot of magnesium, which raises the production of serotonin. Serotonin is a chemical “feel good”, which directs your brain, how do you feel at any time. The more serotonin you have, the more fun you’ll feel. Nuts, along with improved mood, can be an excellent source of protein.
If you want to overcome depression, try to eat a little bit of cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, and so on, they’re all filled with omega-3 and DHA. DHA and omega-3 are two things that improve the quality and function of the brain in grey.
It is not difficult to fight your bad mood when you eat the grain. Barley, quinoa, millet, Teff, etc are great-it helps to be a happier State of mind. The feeling of hunger can be a real minus especially when making soups with my Nutribullet RX blender!
Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were sure that had to be included in the article, right? Green tea is rich in a specific amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have shown that the amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves.
